A Plus Limo is proud to offer two options for airport pickups:
Outside: Upon landing please call us at 800-482-8280, give the operator your name, airport, and airline you are at and ask for the car number assigned to you. Our driver with a A Plus Limo sign will get to the pickup area within 5 minutes.
Inside: Driver will be waiting by the baggage claim area with a A Plus Limo sign with your name on it. his option is recommended only if you really need assistance.
Please Note: We verify flights arrival time with the airline, but cannot guarantee accuracy of airline information.
Waiting Time:
- Domestic Flights: 30 minutes free from scheduled time of arrival
- International Flights: 45 minutes free from scheduled time of arrival
- Waiting time charge: $40 per hour
Stop Charge:
As a courtesy, a quick stop (in route) for coffee or newspaper will not be charged.
- Stops in Manhattan: $10
- Stops out of town in the same town: $15
- Stops at different towns in the route: 50% of the flat rate from Manhattan
Cancellations and No Show charges:
- Manhattan: $20
- Boroughs: Full Price
- Out of Town: Full Price
- Airports: Full Price
- Toll and parking will be added
No show charges applies 20 minutes after scheduled pickup time.
Out of town or boroughs cancellation will be charged if the car was dispatched
Tolls / Parking:
Tolls and parking are not included in the fare.
Add $10 for pickups out of town
Gratuity:
20% added for all Credit Card and or Corporate Accounts
